SMART tag ~ how smart am i ? ....

I went to Touch n Go hub today at Faber Tower , Tmn Desa...
well the parking cost me RM 2.20 or RM 2.30 ~
money not an issue at this moment , because my Smart Tag unit spoilt ~
somehow i think the touch n go card wasnt detected by the unit....

SO below are the conversation of me and the officer at Faber Tower ....

Morning to you ....

Touch n Go Officer :
hi , how can i help u?

me :
my smart tag unit spoilt ... i can't used it anyway ...

Touch n Go Officer :
Ok , let me check
(press at the button located at left side to test if battery ok or not )
(Beep Beep)
*if 2 beep means everything okay*

Touch n Go Officer :
Sir , your unit is OKAY !
(the officer press a few more times .... )
(Beep Beep Beep)

Touch n Go Officer :
erm ... your unit is spoilt ... it's over warranty and you need to fixed it ~

me :
so how much to fixed and can i know the date of purchase ?

Touch n Go Officer :
Sir , your unit already over expired date already .... and to fixed it is RM 50

me :
wah , expensive ... new unit is only RM 100 ?

Touch n Go Officer :
yeah ....

me :
so can i pre-order and buy it now ?

Touch n Go Officer :
Neh , sana ada tulis sudah tak ada stock ....
(pointing at a table behind me because there is a logo stating no more stock atm .....)

me :
So when can i get the new unit ?

Touch n Go Officer :
End of july .....
(Well no choice at this moment n nothing can be done ....)

me :
so when is the date of purchase of my smart tag since u claim that it is expired ?

Touch n Go Officer :
It is expired .....

me :
how do u know it is expired when you havent check from your system ?

Touch n Go Officer :
Sir , we gave you the warranty card when u purchase , please check from there ...

me :
i know , but since i do not have the warranty card , can you check from your system ?
you can't just claim my smart tag is expired when u can't give me the date of purchase....

Touch n Go Officer :
i have to call upstairs and check your date ....
(showing unhappy faces and still havent make the call)

me :
Can you PLEASE call and check for me ?

Touch n Go Officer :
Ok Sir ....
(bla bla bla on the phone ....)

Touch n Go Officer :
Sir , it's bought at 2007 October ...

me :
Ok , then i got no choice but to buy a new one .....
(waiting ....)

me :
Can i go to the KL Sentral touch n go hub to get one by then ?

Touch n Go Officer :
If they order and carry stock , then u'll be able to get one then ~
(i guess she means order from Touch n GO HQ or factory)

me :
so , are u trying to tell me that the hub at kl sentral won't be carrying any stock ?

Touch n Go Officer :
Normally customer service hub at kl sentral will order and it will be available for purchase.....

me :
so means i can get one by then ?

Touch n Go Officer :
Yes , please go to the website and check the number , call up before u head there to purchase your unit ...

me :
ok Thank you very much
(I left later and went back to work ......)

Well i do not know how they get something like best among the best
but if u want to be best AMONG the best
please train up your staff...
this is not the attitude given to an end user like me ....

I was not the only one there complaining my smart tag unit ..
but i saw another person with the smart tag unit complaining ....

OMG , such an attitude makes me puke ..
i know the name of the officer ...
yeah u put your name above your PC and u spoilt your name , not 4get touch n go ~

Just because this is a friday , u show the tak apa attitude ....
WTF ?

Some people just did some shit , and spoilt everything ..
this is not the 1st time ...
some shit out there , u know what u've did ...

I make the unit split into 2 , and now 2 become 1 (spice gal eh ?)
